Andrea's story is a testament to the power of resilience and the joy of discovering new passions. Having been in recovery for several years, Andrea is an active participant in various recovery groups and activities, including a Sober Bowling League. Her commitment to her recovery journey is truly inspiring.

Recently, Andrea expressed an interest in rekindling her love for music. Although she used to play the piano, she was eager to explore a new instrument. After some discussion, we decided that a ukulele would be the perfect choice for her to start with. The only challenge? Those long nails! But if Andrea can throw a bowling ball with them, we're confident she can make anything work, including strumming a ukulele.

We are delighted to provide Andrea with her very own ukulele, and we encourage her to reach out for any help she might need in learning to play. We can't wait to see how she embraces this new musical adventure!

At Rhythm in Recovery, we are dedicated to providing musical instruments to individuals recovering from mental health and substance abuse issues. We believe that music can be a powerful tool for healing and self-expression, offering a creative outlet and a sense of community.

If you or someone you know is in recovery and in need of an instrument, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Additionally, if you would like to support our mission by donating an instrument or contributing in other ways, we would love to hear from you. As a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax-deductible, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while also benefiting from tax incentives.

Together, let's continue to support individuals like Andrea in finding their rhythm in recovery and creating a symphony of healing and hope.
